  • Pricing
  • Availability
  • Business practices
  • Licenses
  • Insurance

7. Safety

Emergency tire deliveries and mobile tire installations may occur in potentially hazardous roadside environments.

ETD encourages all users and independent providers to prioritize safety.

Providers remain responsible for complying with all applicable traffic laws, workplace safety requirements, licensing obligations, and other legal requirements applicable to their operations.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as directing how an independent provider performs its work.

8. Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Submit fraudulent information.
  • Interfere with Platform operations.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Misrepresent products or services.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
