1. Purpose

EmergencyTireDelivery.com (“ETD”) is committed to maintaining a trusted, professional, and safe marketplace for motorists and independent providers.

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the standards of conduct expected of all users of the Platform.


2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to all users of the ETD Marketplace, including but not limited to:

  • Visitors
  • Registered users
  • Tire buyers
  • Emergency tire sellers
  • Tire shops
  • Mobile tire installers
  • Commercial tire providers
  • Emergency rim sellers
  • Advertisers
  • Business representatives

3. Expected Conduct

Users are expected to:

  • Conduct themselves honestly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Respect other users and marketplace participants.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Protect the security of their accounts.
  • Use the Platform only for legitimate purposes.
  • Support a safe and respectful marketplace environment.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Publish false or misleading information.
  • Misrepresent a business, product, or service.
  • Impersonate another individual or business.
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
  • Harvest or scrape data without authorization.
  • Circumvent security features or access controls.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
  • Post content that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.
  • Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or marketplace rankings.

5. Marketplace Listings

Marketplace participants should ensure that listings are:

  • Accurate.
  • Current.
  • Complete.
  • Lawful.
  • Relevant to the products or services offered.

ETD may remove or suspend listings that are materially inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, duplicated in violation of marketplace rules, or otherwise inconsistent with this Policy.


6. User Content

Users remain responsible for any content they submit to the Platform, including:

  • Listings
  • Reviews
  • Photographs
  • Messages
  • Comments
  • Business information

Content should not be unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.


7. Marketplace Safety

ETD encourages all marketplace participants to promote roadside safety.

Users should not encourage unsafe practices or request that providers perform services under conditions that present an unreasonable risk to personal safety or public safety.

Independent providers remain responsible for determining whether a requested service can be performed safely and lawfully.


8. Enforcement

When ETD reasonably believes this Policy has been violated, it may take appropriate action, including:

  • Removing content.
  • Requesting corrections.
  • Issuing warnings.
  • Suspending listings.
  • Restricting marketplace features.
  • Suspending or terminating user accounts.
  • Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.

The nature of any action will depend on the circumstances and the severity of the conduct.


9. Reporting Concerns

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Policy through the reporting tools or contact methods made available by ETD.

Reports will be reviewed in accordance with ETD’s applicable policies and procedures.


10. Changes to This Policy

ETD may revise this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in marketplace operations, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will always be published on the Platform.
